Unfortunately no.
But there should be one within 2-3 months once Android Ice cream sandwich comes out officially,as it was promised by google to enhance usage features for those who weren't able to use their devices before due to physical or other reasons.It's supposed to be a system-wide feature,meaning it'll read all displayed text (just like windows' ease of access text-reading),or at least that's what we were told.]
