What are the advantages and disadvantages of the 7 inch android 2.2 epad tablet?

I ordered this tablet from amazon, i live all the way in Guyana (south america) so if anything is wrong with it, i can't return it. so can someone please share the advantages n disadvantages that came with this android 2.2 epad tablet. they don't have the Google Android Market. this means app choices are very limited.
