OK so my brother said that he recently flashed a new ROM. He said he wiped everything (data, cache, dalvik) and then he installed the ROM via clockworkmod recovery. What i don't understand is, that all his contacts and apps are saved, even though he did a full wipe/factory reset. Did he use titanium backup?
