What is the best way to market an Android app?

I just recently wrote an application for the Android (my first) and put it up for sale ($.99) on the Android Market. After having been up for a whole... 24 hours it only has one download (and I know who it was since I told them to download it). What is the best way to promote my app and get people to download it? In case anyone is interested, it is called "Cheater! - Math" (either "prattia" or "cheater math" has to be searched to find it).What is the best way to market an Android app?
